Is  the  Coronavirus  a  bio wepon ? 

A biochemical weapon is a disease caused by spreading a toxin or a toxin to the organisms in the ecosystem.  It has the potential to carry out a mass extermination of an epidemic and destabilize a country not only in terms of health and economy.
